My work integrates principles from psychology, trauma-informed therapy, and behavioral science with evidence-based tools for self-awareness, mindset training, and goal-oriented change.

Through individualized coaching, structured journaling, emotional regulation techniques, guided mediations and more, I help my clients identify limiting beliefs, build self-confidence, and take measurable steps toward their goals. My approach is grounded in the belief that lasting change starts with understanding how the mind works — and using that knowledge to create intentional results.
